Services
At TAP Learning Services we will gladly meet with you to discuss your concerns. We offer initial screenings as needed and can recommend excellent licensed child psychologists if it is determined that your child needs further testing. Additionally, we are available to meet with you to further discuss what accommodations and/or remediation is being recommended for your child by psychologists or other educational professionals.
Tutoring
TAP offers an explicit, systematic, and multisensory approach to teaching spelling, reading, and written expression. Tutoring sessions are 2 times/week for 45 minutes. Depending on the student’s needs, additional weekly sessions may be required.

Training
TAP Learning Services offers comprehensive Orton-Gillingham and Science of Reading training for parents, teachers, and administrators. All training is aligned with the Orton-Gillingham Academy standards and can be offered virtually or in person. We welcome conversations about customizing sessions to meet the needs of your school or community.

Consultation
TAP also offers consultations to review psycho-educational testing results. This may include TAP offering suggestions to best meet the client’s needs. These needs may be school recommendations, remediation opportunities, or accommodation suggestions based on your child’s learning profile.
Counseling
We further address the social-emotional component that accompanies learning disabilities. We acknowledge that tutoring does not end with the student but includes support for parents as well. We seek to be part of a team that is designed to help your child reach their academic potential.
